JH Consulting has been commissioned by Islington Community Network (ICN) to support the development of organisations in the Voluntary, Community and Faith (VCF) Sector. This is being funded through the Islington Strategic Partnership. There are two types of services being offered free of charge to VCF organisations in Islington:

• Tailored consultancy for medium and larger organisations (income over £100,000 per annum). This consultancy is designed to help organisations be better equipped to manage change and maximise their opportunities to develop within the challenging environment faced by the VCF Sector.
  
  JH Consulting associates can provide individual consultancy on the priority issues identified by each organisation. Services will be delivered by Maggie Cramb, Chris Leigh and Jo Hudek. Initial information can be viewed and downloaded from the documents below, including an application form.

• Supporting organisations to develop collaborative relationships that can improve the range and effectiveness of their services. Increasingly, funders and strategic agencies find it more attractive and effective to work with partnerships and consortia.
  
  JH Consulting associates can provide a range of practical help for organisations that want to develop this method of working. This service is in the process of being planned. Further information will be posted here in due course.

With both services, the number of organisations that can be helped is limited, and whilst we aim to be flexible we cannot guarantee to work with all organisations that apply.
