Established in 1993, JH Consulting is a dynamic team of associates with a wide range of expertise and a comprehensive skills base. We provide a range of high quality consultancy services for organisations across the public, voluntary and private sectors and spanning the fields of learning, skills and employment, community development and renewal. A particular feature of our work is developing the links in the 'policy to delivery' chain, joining up the front line delivery of services with regional strategy and national policy.

We carry out a wide range of research, evaluation and development projects for clients across the public, private and third sectors. We specialise in comprehensive ‘evidence bases’ that provide succinct and readable analyses of complex qualitative and quantitative research. We also have particular expertise in the evaluation of projects and programmes – national, regional and local.

Organisational, business and service development for a wide variety of different organisations, ranging from arts companies to colleges, is a key feature of our work. Services range from whole organisation review and strategic development to mentoring and professional development support for staff.

Common to all our services is that they are individually tailored to suit the needs of our clients. We specialise in using techniques that bring maximum benefit and high quality results for clients. Below, there are some examples of the range of research, evaluation and development projects that we undertake. Some have documents that you can view and download.
