Our portfolio of commissions is diverse. Each project
involves our Director, Jo Hudek, and draws on the skills and
expertise of one or more members of our team.
Jo Hudek’s specialisms include
strategic development work with bodies such as the Learning & Skills
Council and London Development Agency. She also works with more
locally based agencies and community-based organisations, and
this breadth of approach enables her to help ‘bridge the gap’
between strategy and delivery. Jo also has particular expertise
in supporting the development of effective partnerships and evaluation
that informs forward planning.
Krysia Hudek’s specialism is the facilitation of creative
ideas building and problem solving events. Her skills come to
the fore in making headway on specific challenges and issues
through confidential ideas building sessions. A Fellow of St
George’s House, Windsor Castle, Krysia is particularly well known
for her unique and stimulating Open Agenda events.
Maggie Cramb’s expertise includes research, evaluation,
funding and organisational development. She has an extensive
background in the voluntary, community and faith sector and in
supporting the development of opportunities for disadvantaged
communities. Before becoming a consultant Maggie held senior
posts at the London Voluntary Sector Training Consortium, Women’s
Education in Building and the Refugee Council.
Chris Leigh’s expertise in developing sustainable organisations,
strategic planning and managing large capital projects has been
honed in her former positions of Chief Executive of NEWTEC and
Camden ITEC. She also works with local authorities, New Deal
for Community partnerships and private sector companies. Chris
is an Associate Inspector for the Adult Learning Inspectorate
and co-founder of the Charity Doctor consultancy.
Mark Prangell specialises in organisational change and performance improvement. He combines 20 years’ management experience in the manufacturing sector with 5 years’ consultancy in skills and employment. Mark has particular expertise in facilitating collaboration and strategic development that improve service delivery for employment focused programmes. He is also a certified assessor of the EFQM Excellence Model.
Alison Waylen’s specialisms
include review and planning, workforce development and team building, delivered through
the facilitation of groups and development of bespoke training
packages. Her background includes extensive cross
sectoral experience including corporate fundraising and events
organisation for Save the Children, work with the trade unions
and Director of Strategy for the Learning & Skills Council.
Nick Wilson has an extensive background in public sector leadership, management and policy development. His specialisms include: analysing and supporting the implementation of public policy; facilitating ideas building; developing and communicating strategies; brokering partnerships as a trusted intermediary. Nick is a Board Member of NIACE and a Governor of Treloar College, Hampshire.
